Aemono Recipe
A warm Japanese salad made from cooked vegetable greens. You can use kale, broccoli, asparagus or even spinach – and usually Aemono uses a rather heavy dressing with sesame seed pastes but this video, shows you from start to finish, how to make Aemono in a simpler and yet delicious manner.
