adekun: I am sure you can get it from the meat section in your grocery store. You could always try asking your butcher to keep a few for you. If you cannot find chicken carcass, use pork bones. :)

I love Ramen. It’s been my favorite food. I enjoy mixing it with many stuff like carrot, or eggs, or chicken, or beef.
Good food! Really I like Ramen a lot!

Thanks for the posting the recipe. Made some soba before but much prefer ramen. :-) Not sure where I can get four chicken carcasses from.

Looks delicious! Those instant ramen are my favorite too. I like to add seafood to it.
