		<description>Hi Jeremy, the picture is from Nigella&#039;s and she used coriander :) The recipe however, is adapted from Nigella by me so it is a little different. 

As for the type of rice, it&#039;s a matter of preference really. I like using calrose, while miss lawson used long grain :)</description>
