How to make Tamagoyaki

Do you like tamagos? The sweet savory Japanese omelette is no stranger to sushi or eaten as it is. I sometimes find tamagos to be a tad too sweet for my liking but I don’t mind them in general. This video teaches you how to make them just like in the restaurants:

   Thanks for the video link! :D I have to admit I haven’t really eaten proper Tamagoyaki (like OMG I hear :P) but this really inspires me! I just need to get hold of a flat and more importantly SQUARE frying pan, and that Mirin (I think) and I’ll definitely be up for trying it!
