Making Soba from Scratch
A lot of kneading and hard work. But all worth while in the end.
I love making food from scratch, which is why some of my friends find me weird. I could easily get wanton soup from the chinese restaurant but no, i had to make my own dough and filling and broth. LOL.
God, it’s really something else. I want that knife. :P
