Anthony Bourdain, blogs.

Who would have thought that one of my cooking idols, Anthony Bourdain blogs! It makes him so much more attainable, so much more human…. I know he is human but because he is a celebrity chef sort of puts him along the lines of Brad Pitt, Wentworth Miller, Rodriguez Santoro and Johnny Depp. Not in the looks department but certainly in the attainability department, if you get what I mean.
Jamie Oliver, Gordon Ramsey and Anthony Bourdain (yes in that order) are my favorite chefs of all time. Just for the record. :)
Anthony Bourdain, author of Kitchen Confidential and star of No Reservations (not the movie), guest blogs at his pal’s Micheal Ruhlman’s blog. How cool is that?
The Wednesday Chef Ruhlman Blog is definitely worth the read for all, foodies and people-alike, who enjoys a well written blog about kitchen and food escapades. Btw, Anthony Bourdain is one hell of a writer. I don’t know if many people in Japan knows about him and his food but if they don’t, they better. He has already covered Japan on March 23rd 2006 in his No Reservations show. Check it out y’all.
Edit: Sorry, the Wednesday Chef is another food blog that I love pfft! I must have mixed the two up. The blog that Anthony Bourdain guest blog at is at Michael Ruhlman’s food blog.

Are you sure that Anthony writes this? I checked out the “About” link and it says:
The Wednesday Chef is written by Luisa Weiss, a writer, editor, and home cook living in New York City.
Very well written though ;)

Yikes Bonnie, good thing you pointed it out. I did a mix up but I have corrected it. The correct link is now up :)
