I'm not a big fan of Natto, but it was unexpectedly delicious when mixed with the ice cream... the little slimy strings of goo were all vanilla-y ice-creamy... mmm.... yummy! Worth a try, actually. Cafe Chopsticks in Tokyo has an excellent dessert of Natto mixed with vanilla ice cream.
